We learned about self-confidence and self-esteem, the difference between the two and some simple tools & techniques to build them.

Having had my own challenges with self-confidence & self-esteem, this masterclass echoed how far I have come! And how it is possible to make changes!

I am absolutely delighted to be able to share that I am an Approved Thrive Hub Partner to Thrive Women Living Our Best Lives, a community of 80k women, and growing each day. 

 

The Thrive Hub is created for Women, by Women and powered by Thrive. I am so excited to be one of the few experts to be chosen as a 'Group Expert' in my field, where for the next 12 months, I will be able to support women through the sharing of my knowledge and expertise. 

The Thrive ethos around supporting women to live their best lives, incorporates a duty of care and safeguarding of the women in their group. This ensures that only those who are qualified, insured and approved can share their expertise, and this is something that I am proud to be a part of.
